What are the red and green dots under the "To Do" column?

These dots indicate whether your users have completed their Vizibility account set up or not. The five dots represent the 5 steps of completing the account setup: 

  1. Manage Account 
  2. Set Up QR Code
  3. Curate Google Search Results
  4. Set Up Notifications
  5. Share Search Results

A green dot indicates that task is complete. Red indicates the task is not complete. Clicking on one of the dots will take you to that step in the account setup for that specific user, allowing you to complete it on their behalf. The dot will turn green if either you or the user complete the task.

Optionally, you can click the Edit link in the right column to access the full account admin for that specific user.
