1. Information Related to Data Collected for Our Customers
Vizibility collects information under the direction of its Customers, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. We will use anonymous, aggregate Customer data in order to improve our service and conduct research.
1.1. Service Provider/Onward Transfer. Vizibility may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to these third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Customers.
1.2. Access to Data Controlled by our Customers. Vizibility has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Vizibility’s Customer (the data controller). If the Customer requests Vizibility to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.
1.3. Data Retention. Vizibility will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Customers for as long as needed in order to provide services to our Customer. Vizibility will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreemnts.
2. Information Related to Data Collected From You
We collect the following kinds of personal information:

Unique Identifiers such as user name and password
When using our Mobile Web Application we collect the following from your mobile device:

Fulfill your order
Send you requested product or service information
Respond to customer service requests
Administer your account
Send you marketing communications
Communicate location details to Customers when their Vizibility Mobile Business Card is used

2.1. Communications from the site. When you sign up for our services we will use your name and email address to send newsletters to you. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters you may follow the unsubscribe instructions in each of the newsletters you receive.
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email.
Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account.
2.2. Service Providers. We use other third parties such as an email service provider to send out emails on our behalf and customer support provider. When you sign up for our services, we will share your personal information only as necessary for the third party to provide that service.
2.3. Legal Disclaimer. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
In the event Vizibility goes through a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your personally identifiable information will likely be among the assets transferred. You will be notified via email at least 30 days prior to any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
2.4. Access to Personal Information. If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete/deactivate it by making the change in your Vizibility account management page or by emailing our Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to your request within 1 business day.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
2.5. Security. The security of your personal information and our Customers’ information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as login credentials) we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We use both session ID cookies and/or persistent cookies. We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. 2.7. Clear GIFs . We use clear GIFs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
2.8. Log Files. As is true of most Web sites, we and our third party tracking-utility partner gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.
2.10. Testimonials. We post customer testimonials on our web site, which may contain personally identifiable information. We do obtain the customer's consent via email prior to posting the testimonial to post their name along with their testimonial. 2.11. Public Forums. Our Web site offers publicly accessible blogs or community forums. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas might be read, collected, and used by others who access them.
