How do I pass customer information to Vizibility?

In order for Vizibility to start the Wizard and begin setting up a PreSearch for your users, we need to know their first and last name. You can optionally choose to send one additional piece of information, which should be their current or a former employer, or company name.

You have two options to pass this information to Vizibility:

  1. Add the Widget to your site and pre-populate the fields with the information. This option will allow your users to see the information before it is passed, and make any changes before clicking a button to start the Vizibility Wizard. They can also further refine the information within the Wizard.

  2. Add the Widget to your site as hidden fields, and just provide your users with a button to submit to Vizibility. This option will allow your users to start Vizibility in one click, and then edit and refine the information from within the Vizibility Wizard.
